I mentioned in my blog yesterday that the nesting phase is starting for me. So after cleaning and reorganizing the whole house I decided it was time to do some projects. Brent and I have been talking a lot about how we can improve before the baby comes. The scripture that has become our motto for the year is D&C 88:119 which says: Organize yourselves; prepare every needful thing; and establish a house, even a house of prayer, a house of fasting, a house of faith, a house of learning, a house of glory, a house of order, a house of God

I thought it would be nice to have a reminder of our goals in our bedroom. I had a canvas sitting around from an old project, picked up some gray paint, letter stencils and scrapbook paper at walmart. I didn't take pictures of the whole process, but here are a couple of pictures.

Cut out circles from scrapbook paper and made a border

Close up on the lettering-- $3 letter stencils at Wal-mart
Worked really well.

Here is the final product on my wall.
Yay :)

Now I am planning on making a baby quilt. I have been plotting and am going to hit the fabric store this week. I'll be sure to post pictures.
